Kaya has the cutest ( and also bizarre) lion hat that she wears on and off,
particularly when roaming the beach. She brushes its main when we are at home.
She also talks to it, which is cute. :)
My Birthday is tomorrow, here comes 30!
In typical Bradley style, I found the birthday card Billy had gotten me.
I also found the one he got for our anniversary.
( he hides them in the most obvious places)
I got a dress in the mail from my good friend Angel, who will hopefully
be coming to visit us in Thailand in a few months!
I was just speaking with my friend Mary about graying, which sadly began happening to me
when I was in my early 20s. Talk about annoying. Especially because my sister is in her 40s and without any gray hair. Grrrrrr jealous
Oh well.
I am content with myself. I don't mind the fact I look tired most of the time,
and that my personal style varies from rocker to hobo, depending on how organized I am.
On another note I've just begun listening to Greg Braden's book Deep Truth which talks about
some of the changes that our going on in our world, and why systems ( financial, educational, governmental, etc) are breaking down and how we can emerge from the changes hopefully as a more united world. It isn't too new agey and is more scientific ( Braden is a former geologist and engineer). You can watch his talk about Deep Truth on youtube, it's worth checking out.
Here's to my thirties!!

The lion hat is just too precious!
ReplyDeleteI loved Greg Braden's "The Divine Matrix" - I'll need to check this out!
Megan
Yes I too LOVED The Divine Matrix!! I think that one is in fact better than Deep Truths, but all of his stuff is pretty good in general :)
